The Fitness Code on the Spin Bike: Unlocking the Perfect Riding Stance

    As a class of indoor exercise bike with screen, the correct riding posture can maximise the fitness effect. When riding on the bike, we must press and hold the brake button, check that the left pedal is at its lowest point, step on the pedal with the left foot first, and then step on the right foot after checking that it is stable.     When transitioning from a seated to a standing position, stand up from the saddle, shift your centre of gravity forward but avoid leaning too far forward, and make sure your shoulders do not exceed the height of the handlebars. In standing riding, keep your hips, pedals and pivots in a straight line, your knees should not extend beyond the brake button position, and the edges of your trousers can slightly touch the front of the saddle while riding.
