Proper posture for spinning

Leave a message

When riding a spinning bike, the upper body is supported by the waist and abdominal muscles, and the thigh and buttocks are the center of gravity. Maintain stability when stepping, and do not tilt or twist. Relax the hands or shoulders, do not stiffen the effort, naturally bend the back, do not stiffly stand straight, so as to avoid low back pain caused by the continuous maintenance of poor posture.

The ball of the foot should be placed in the rear of the maximum area of the pedal, step on the inside of the pedal, and use the ball of the foot, rather than the arch of the foot. The action of stepping with the gluteus maximus clamp weight "push" down with the biceps muscle pull back, the legs repeatedly show a circular cycle.
